KRYPTON OCEAN GROUP has been granted the right to construct and operate the Underwater Vehicle.

The international patent application was filed on April 30, 2014 under No. PCT/UA2014/000046.

The priority date claimed was March 27, 2014.

The date of receipt of the record copy by the International Bureau was July 14, 2014.

The date of notification of receipt of the record copy by the International Bureau was August 21, 2014.

Thus, KRYPTON OCEAN GROUP possesses a priority right to claim for an international patent during three years all over the world. This right will make it possible for the Company to proceed to the construction of the first Underwater Vehicles to be used for deep-sea mining of polymetallic resources in the World Ocean.
