3D-printing capabilities for our submersible vehicle body

Krypton Ocean Group is continuously developing new approaches to deepwater vehicles in order to improve their manufacturing technologies. Now we are working over to apply 3D-printing capabilities for “printing” the main body of our submersible vehicles. The compound based on epoxy with carbon fiber and graphene allows achieving extra firm heavy-duty parts for our vehicles. We are keeping pace with the latest technological breakthroughs.

Use of porcelain for submersible vehicles

Lightweight but at the same time heavy-duty materials for providing deepwater vehicles with zero buoyancy is a crucial factor for commercial seabed mining. Engineers of Krypton Ocean Group have successfully tested such type of material.

Krypton Ocean Group took part in the International Deep Sea Mining Summit 2015 in Singapore

On September 29-30, Krypton Ocean Group took part in the International Deep Sea Mining Summit 2015 in Singapore. The Company presented its results achieved within the scope of the experimental stage of the current Krypton Project for the mining of seabed minerals in deep ocean.
